This Is More Than Pet Sitting—It’s My Passion
Graceful Paws Pet Sitting is built on a lifelong love of animals and over a decade of hands-on pet care experience. From growing up with a Maine Coon, a tabby, and an Akita, to raising a mini dachshund and calico cat now entering their golden years, animals have always been at the center of this journey.
Professional experience began in 2011 with roles at American Pet Spa & Resort and Windcrest Pet Resort, followed by Fireplug Inn, a daycare and boarding facility for small dogs. Along the way, a deep appreciation developed for capturing pets’ personalities through photography — a passion that continues today.
The most meaningful work came while pet sitting with Jack and Jill Pet Sitters, where one-on-one time with animals allowed for strong bonds and thoughtful care. Keeping pet parents informed through updates and photos became a key part of the experience — providing peace of mind and a sense of connection while they were away.
After several years as a stay-at-home parent, and with a little one now entering school, it felt like the perfect time to return to pet care — this time as a small business owner. Graceful Paws Pet Sitting was created to provide trustworthy, personalized, and joyful care for pets in the comfort of their own homes.
